We receive most of our orders via our submission tool, an incredibly helpful tool that is performing a complex job. On some occasions, we may ask you to submit by e-mail. In those case, here’s how to use PayPal to pay by credit card.

If you have a PayPal account, you can “send” the payment to us via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you’ll need to create one with your e-mail address and credit card details. Once your account is created, you’ll need to click “Send money to friend” at the top of the page. You then type in our e-mail address (redpenbristol@gmail.com), and type in the order amount. You’ll then need to click “Next”, review and confirm all information on the screen, and click “Send”.

If you prefer not to create a PayPal account, we also accept payments by bank transfer. For bank transfers, we’ll need proof of payment in the form of a photo/scan/screen shot of your receipt. You can perform bank transfers online, or by walking into any HSBC bank.

As soon as we can confirm payment (whatever method you choose), we can begin reviewing your work.
